Elangovan Raju (Elan Raju), Principal HR Consultant at HR ideation, brings over 24 years in Human Capital — including 5 years at JTC Corporation as Organisational Development Manager, 12+ years at AIG (American International Group) in change management, learning and development and HR business partnering, and 5+ years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as Senior Director, Head of HR Operations & Services across Southeast Asia, both Fortune 500 companies.
At HR ideation, Elan has designed and delivered capability development programmes for people managers — covering performance conversations, workplace differences, and the governance frameworks that shape real workplaces — consistently well-received by participants for making the content practical and directly usable. Each programme is custom-built around the organisation's specific context through research-anchored design.
Elan is an active IHRP trainer, delivering tutorial sessions to HR professionals preparing for the Certified Professional (CP) and Senior Professional (SP) certifications — more than 20 sessions delivered since mid-2025.
